How to create distorted 3D text effect in photoshop ?

Blending options plays an important role in text effects as it helps in applying some really good effects . I have been working on blending options from past few days and i found a simple method to create 3D text effect . Today i am going to tell you the procedure on how to create it [ Distorted 3D Text Effect ]

1. Create a new document of size 500 x 300px and fill it with #585555


2. Select text tool from the tools palette and adjust the text tool settings to that of the below image and type in your text.


3. Right click on the text layer and select blending options to set DROP SHADOW , INNER SHADOW , GRADIENT OVERLAY values to that of the following image and press OK .
