How to replace the default protheme header with a new one?

Go to Layout > Page Elements
Click on edit beside pro theme(header) gadget
select instead of title and description
Click on browse and select the pic

How to add my adsense ad in the header?

Click on edit beside adsense widget
Change the color scheme to

Now click on Switch to a different publisher id and login into your account.
